It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for the ladies of the Magnolia Regional Health Center Auxiliary.

Members of the group are busy preparing items for the annual Christmas open house at the hospital gift shop.

A wide variety of all-handmade items will be available for purchase at the open house, including homemade knit and crocheted scarves, lots of baby blankets and Christmas decorations.

Proceeds from the gift shop sale are used to purchase blankets for newborns, college scholarships to local medical students each June and a range of hospital- and medical-related causes.

The annual Christmas Open House will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The gift shop is located near Entrance B of the hospital.

For more information call the hospital gift shop at 662-293-1052.
