Man charged with drug possession

A Corinth man faces felony charges after being found in possession of two different controlled substances.

Alcorn County Sheriff Ben Caldwell reports Curtis Lee Collins, 26, was arrested Oct. 18 following an investigation by Narcotics Investigator Adam Rencher and Deputy Lucas Wooten.

Collins was charged with felony possession of approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine and felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, methylphenidate, which is a stimulant pill.

Bond was set at $20,000.
