Staff photo by Jebb Johnston / Corinth High School Junior Heather Pauss shows two of her pieces of art, "Buddy in Plaster" and "Buddy in Bones," both inspired by her pet cat. Each placed in competition at Northeast Mississippi Community College. The works of Corinth students in grades seven through 12, including works for the Cambridge program, are being featured in an exhibit at the Corinth Artist Guild Gallery with an opening reception today from 4 to 7 p.m. and running through May 4. In addition to paintings, there are ceramics and other dimensional works. The exhibit also includes prize winners from the Alcorn School District's art competition for grades two through six.
